Our signature spa day is the full reset, private for your group from arrival to farewell. Settle into compression therapy and full-body red light in the treatment lodge, then stroll to the garden pavilion for salt therapy to clear the breath and soften the skin.
Contrast therapy follows: Finnish sauna and cold plunge in rhythm, with gentler cold options if you prefer. Finish with a long soak in our communal thermal tub, then linger in the garden lounge as your system settles.
Ideal for friends and families who want spa depth without a shared facility crowd. Larger parties welcome on request.
